Warehouse upgrade- temperature monitoring

Taiwan FDA has been actively reinforcing legislations to set new guidelines for all medical device supplier/license holder. The new regulation, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) had been announced to take effect from 2021. For SilverBell, we have been working closely with consulting agencies in the past 3 years to make a better warehouse. We have been focusing on standardizing and streamlining our warehousing workflow from inbound to outbound. Additional emphasis has been place to improve the management of non-compliant items and temperature-sensitive products, for that we have been rewriting our manuals and invested in the following entities:

• Continuous temperature monitoring and notification system 
• Temperature-mapping and hot-spot management of our inventory office
• Validating temperature system for transportation
